Wager

If you’ve ever seen a bonus offer like “100% deposit bonus, 5x wager” and wondered what that second part actually means, you’re not alone. This is one of the least explained terms across every Teen Patti and 3 Patti app in Pakistan, so here’s the plain version.

What a Wagering Requirement Actually Is

A wagering requirement is a multiplier attached to a bonus. It tells you how much you need to bet, not win, just bet, before that bonus becomes real, withdrawable money.

A Real Example

Say an app offers a 100% deposit bonus with a 5x wager. You deposit 1,000 PKR, the app matches it with a 1,000 PKR bonus. Before you can withdraw that bonus, you need to place a total of 5,000 PKR in bets, five times the bonus amount. Every hand you play, win or lose, chips away at that number.

Why This Trips People Up

Most confusion comes from assuming a bonus is spendable the moment it lands in your wallet. It isn’t. It’s a target you need to hit first. This is standard practice across the entire real money gaming industry, not something unique to any single app.

What to Check Before You Deposit

Read the wagering number attached to any offer before you deposit. If it isn’t clearly stated in the app, contact support and ask directly rather than assuming a bonus is free money.

A Quick Checklist

  • Confirm the wager multiplier before depositing
  • Track your total wagered amount if the app doesn’t show it clearly
  • Understand whether the requirement applies to just the bonus or your whole balance
  • Never deposit more than you’re comfortable losing while working toward a wagering target
